The book i purchased was sent out the day i placed my order which i thought was incredible. Unfortunately, because of USPS, the book arrived in two weeks instead of 5 days with expedited shipping. Since the semester had already started and i could not wait any longer, i purchased another book and returned this book back to Juno. immediately after they received the unopened package they credited my card for the full amount plus shipping. junobooksonline is an unbelievably honest and efficient retailer. throughout the entire process communication was phenominal and promises were kept, unlike other vendors. i look forward to dealing with this top notch company next semester even after this ordeal.
