Not what was advertised!!!!!,

I clicked on the picture link that was advertising the ATP Knowledge test, which is what I needed. Instead, I received an manual on how to instruct pilots to take the test. I am not a pilot and I needed to study for the ATP/ADX test to become a Dispatcher. I even tried to request a refund and return the book, but it was nearly impossible to do this. Amazon's site just keapt going in circles to the same spot at the begining of the returns process. Very disapointed with this transaction and now stuck with this book for no reason. Wish I could have had a different outcome.
