Most Helpful Customer Reviews

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful By CynBeach on June 19, 2014
Format: Hardcover
Easy to read and understand, even the legal arguments and how they have changed, especially over the last century or so; but with plenty of notes and citations. These authors clearly explain how different fundamentalist religious groups have tried to chip away at our Constitution's guarantees' of freedom of conscience for each individual and the great and wide division purposely drawn between civil and religious matters.
