This book is some much better than the one (I&B. Sarason Abnormal Psychology) required for my class. It uses more tables, pictures and better wording. I would actually recommend getting this instead than Sarason's - textbooks are written following the same higher education requirements and programs and include the same topics. Wording might be different, but message is the same. Wording, visual material use and chapter construction on the other hand matters to you because properly made textbook will make you better understand and learn about the subject.

This was the required text for my Abnormal Psychology (PSY 400) class. Even still, it's not at all boring, and is broken up into chunks of information.

I am a Psychology major currently working on my B.S. I am taking 4 couses this semester, and this text is the most enjoyable of them all. Easy and entertaining to read.

This product came in plastic wrap, brand new. I chose the super saver shipping method, 5-8 days, and the book came within that allotted time. I am very happy with my purchase.

Book was just what I needed but it didn't include the CD like it was advertised not did they say anything about the writing throughout the book.

Had no problem with the book, but had some problems with how the purchase was handled and treated when I tried to seek some information from the seller.

I really feel I've been ripped off with this book. I just assumed it would be the hardback version at the price of almost $100. Not only is it paperback, but it's the shoddiest, cheapest, flimsiest cover imaginable. Please don't also be fooled by this. Find the hardback used. It's about the same price and, well, it's a real book.

very good reading. Basic yet enough depth for understanding. Great little inserts and tidbits help widen an individual's idea of abnormal psych.

Came on time, it was brand new and in flawless condition. Well worth the money!

I ordered this book on January 12th and it was supposed to come February 4th at the latest. It is February 12th and I don't have it! I emailed the seller and she said it wasn't one of her orders and didn't know what I was talking about even though my credit card had been charged. Then I emailed her through my amazon account and suddenly she knew. Her response was all inappropriate personal excuses which wasn't professional. She also blamed it on USPS, said she would talk to them and that they had said "everything was perfect." If everything was perfect, where is my book?!
