I working in about 3 years. i am a Motion clerk, calendar clerk...a little bit everything and i need this book. There are everything from forms, examples to "step-by-step" from A to Z. I don't know about some "college or law school" students ))) but i really glad that i have this book.

Fundamentals of California Litigation for Paralegals is a textbook used for students at L.A. Mission Paralegal Program and so if anyone out there from the college needs to purchase this book, I would like to recommend this Brand New Book that comes with a Brand New CD since I dropped the class before this textbook was ever even delivered to my home. Thank you - and hope you have a great time browsing around Amazon. I thought I would take this perfect opportunity to try to sell it online here in this forum.
