The previous review of this book is entirely inaccurate. The books website does not require an access code, it requires you to read ALL of the instructions on the very first page of the book to figure out how to get to the correct site. No registration code for online learning center
I ordered this book (brand new) as a text book. The shipping was fast. However, when I tried to get online on the book website([...]) to look for solutions for exercises and problems, it required me to enter registration code. I couldn't find the registration code in the book. I have called customer service of Amazon and McGraw-Hill. No one can help me. This book is...

The website for this text is incredibly helpful, it contains pre-made flashcards, study guides, outlines, a glossary for each chapter, quizes, powerpoint slides, and the best part... It has all of the presentations set-up with audio available to download directly into itunes so you can load it onto your ipod! I have used this site almost more than I have used the book, and the best part is it is FREE!

I like the fact the company does not require an access code like many publishers to get online information. After I sell this book back at the end of the semester I will still be able to reread any power points I may need or look back at the definitions.

I need this book for my cost accounting class, and I think it's pretty decent. It's easy to understand, there are pictures and graphs, and the website for the book is very helpful. However, I think it's kind of simplified and dumbed down, although that could just be the material itself.

This book is more than 150 dollars after taxes, and you need to spend additional [...] or [...] dollars to buy online access if your book doesn't come with registration code. I am very disappointed. I felt I have been robbed. I have used a lot of accounting books. There is no registration code needed to get the solutions except this one. |
