Solid but Exorbitant,

This book gives you a sufficiently solid and contained introduction to Distribution Theory and Sobolev Spaces. Its biggest downside is that this first edition is riddled with serious erratas and according to the authors, they are unclear when the second edition will be out. I therefore recommend a used copy or a brand new copy thats on sale for about $41. Don't buy this one at the Amazon price of $200+. its a rip off- this book was not proof -read. It seems like it was rushed to print. Also upon getting a copy, its advisable to get a list of the corrections. Without them, you might have a hard time. But apart from this, its a good book.
