previous edition is fine,

The book arrived fast and in perfect condition. I bought the 5th edition rather than the 6th required for class because of expenses and the only differences were the cover and chapter 23. Chapter 23, "Caring for the Difficult Client" has been deleted in the 6th edition. I crossed it out in the table of contents in my 5th edition and re-numbered the remaining chapters.
