Definitive Shaped Charge Reference,

I am not going to go deep into this. But I am a Masters student doing research into improved shaped charge design. There is no better reference for this niche topic. Unfortunately this is out of print, but zukas also has a number of explosive and compression based reference material for broader treatment of this topic.
