Product Description

In Sting players decide if they are in or out. The dealer sets the bar and players decide if they can beat it. If they cannot beat it, they are "stung" and have to pay the pot. The winner is the one with the most chips when the game is over. Game includes carrying case, 50 scoring chips, 12 dice, cheater cards and instructions. Measures 5.75" x 3.75" x 6.25". Sint si for 2-6 players, ages 8+.

This game is very similar to SWIPE (by the same company),a game we actually prefer to this one. Same compact container, dice, chips and reference cards. In this game, rather than swiping from fellow players (which is where much of that game's appeal comes from) you are winning chips from the center. There is a bit of "gambling" involved as you decide whether or not to risk a roll of the die, winning chips, or getting "stung" and loosing chips. The kids once wanted to substitute the chips with M&Ms ... they thought that made it more fun! There is a little bit of math (addition)required, pretty basic stuff. It isn't that expensive of a game, so for the price, it isn't bad to have on hand.
