We love this one! It works with a wide age range, even during the same game. At a women's retreat, the game started with 4 people, grew to 10 (playing teams), then the laughter and excitement drew a crowd three deep around the table! The variety of questions included encouraged all to participate, and the roll of the die that has you 'Take Away' from another team's board brought out the competitive spirit in the most mild-mannered person! I'm back to buy another copy AND the Jr version!

I purchased this game 5 years ago and have been searching for more because all my family and friends wanted their own copies! We were familiar with Fundex toys (Phase 10) and wanted a family game that ages 6-86 could play together and THIS IS THAT GAME! The rules are easy, the game is never the same, everyone has fun.

The play of the game itself is great -- similar to Scattergories in that you'll be coming up with words that fit a certain category and are looking for them to start with certain letters of the alphabet, but with several twists that make it even more entertaining.

The one beef I really had with this game is that the deck of available categories is too small -- in just two or three games you'll begin to repeat categories. So, you may wish to augment the deck with categories of your own.

Three of us sat down and decided to try this game and we ended up playing for 4 hours. It is very easy to learn and yet challenging to play. Oh, it's also a lot of fun!

This is the game that comes out first at family holiday gatherings. It is easily modified for the younger age group & gets them thinking in ways other than the usual children's game. My 4 & 6 year old grandchildren love it & I recently purchased it for my daughter-in-law as a birthday gift.
However, the timer is not well constructed & it broke very soon after purchase on both my game & others I have purchased for friends. It is a hard game to find but Amazon has come through on more than one occassion.

This is one game that the kids - and the adults - ask to play agian and again. It's a must on our family vacations -- one of the few things everyone can agree on. Easy and very fun to play. Highly recommended

We first purchased this game at a flea market. Not knowing any thing about it, we took it home to see if it was all there. We had our adult children come in for Thanksgiving and we coupled up on teams to play. Men against women. It was a BLAST! Men can really be competitive working together. Lots of laughs and quality family time! In fact, I had to search Amazon to purchase them the game for Christmas by demand. I mailed it to Michigan and my daughter can't wait to play it! Highly recommend this game. Some questions are challenging, but very well worth it.

I bought this game on the strength of the reviews and am quite pleased. Everyone enjoys it. This one is simple and easy to learn and play and works well to play with teams in larger groups. We found the game designed in a way that no one person or group consistently won, which is nice. Games are short, maybe 20 minutes, and everyone was happy to play several several games in a row. As pointed out in other reviews, we wouldn't mind more categories, and may add some of our own when time allows. I will probably end up buying another one because this was bought as a gift and alas, like Elvis, has "left the building!"

This is an awesome game for kids and adults! We played just with the adults and had such a good time. We appointed someone to be the judge and just read the cards. This helped out especially when the adults play together. A lot of fun for such a simple game.

This is a great game to play. We have this version for several years and play with both adults and kids; if some of the categories are too difficult that a child may pick, we'll simply pick another category, so pretty easy to tailor to all ages. It's a lot of fun, and great for family gatherings. It's a favorite in our family...could use more tiddly winks with the game! We've used pennies as a back up when played with four players.
