Great book for anyone wanting to tackle this issue. Well written in a style that will suit everyone. There's no need to order a medical dictionary to understand the author's knowledge on this subject. Phase one and two diets included in this book along with some good recipes.

This book makes you so aware of what the causes of fungus in our lives. Wish I had known about this 3 years ago--I might still have 8 fingers and 2 thumbs!
