Well, I tried and tried and tried until I was exhaused and waved the white flag. This thing would not work. I am pretty good at the computer, ipods, cameras, etc.,but this was unbelievable. I even went to the website and downloaded the "supposed" fix it patch and it still wouldn't work. My kids were very disappointed with this product. We have friends who got it to work with the fix it patch but we got jack.
