5.0 out of 5 stars A must-have especially for outdoor facilitators
Unlike those boring wordy Game Books, the games described in FUNN Stuff are simple to understand and just plain fun to play. Drawings for some of the write-ups help to further explain how the games can be conducted. An excellent game book for all trainers. by Allan Lee

2.0 out of 5 stars This book is not a good source for an educational setting
As a school counselor (and previous teacher for 10 years), I ordered this book to use as a source for ideas of ways to get students involved with me and interactive with each other when I go into the classrooms. The activities in this book require lots of space (outside or in a gym for most) and require major setup capabilities. This book might be good for weekend youth...

5.0 out of 5 stars Rohnke Rates With Another 5 Star Publication, September 12, 2002

This review is from: Fun Stuff (Paperback)
Karl has updated and introduces the reader to classical and more recent initiatives and games. Of interest is the inclusion of information for the "novice" on how to take the game into a learning experience (see opinions/tips). A FUNN time for all.

As a school counselor (and previous teacher for 10 years), I ordered this book to use as a source for ideas of ways to get students involved with me and interactive with each other when I go into the classrooms. The activities in this book require lots of space (outside or in a gym for most) and require major setup capabilities. This book might be good for weekend youth group meetings, a p.e. teacher, etc., but I definitely would not recommend it for use in an educational classroom environment.

This is the first in a new series of game books from Rohnke, replacing his defunct Bag of Tricks newsletter. ALL his books are must have for those needing games for youth and others.
