A terrific book on the impact of global warming,

This review is from: Funny Weather: Everything You Didn't Want to Know About Climate Change But Probably Should Find Out (Paperback)
Easy to read. All the science is up to date (as of 2006), but the book put's it all into clear writing so you don't have to be a scientist to understand the issues.
It's nicely drawn as a comic book, and the characters have interesting dialogue. The comic book format makes it easier to read without getting bored or losing focus. It's the best introductory book on climate change that I've come across, and now I'm buying copies to lend out to friends. It seems like climate change is finally a matter everyone is getting interested in, and most of us need to be caught up on what the current projections and scenarios are. This book has an introduction by George Monbiot (who spent the past 3 years researching global warming for his 2006 book "Heat"). I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did!
