It doesn't consistently make bubbles. HAve to keep on pulling the trigger and a few bubbles come out and then you have to do it again and again. Works okay, but next time I will have to look for one that automatically makes bubbles continuously until you turn it off. Also hard to load and spill a lot when trying to put the reservoir back on.

My two year granddaughter loves this toy. All the kids at the park wanted to try it - Lots of bubbles and easy to carry around. Sturdy. Good value for the price.

Bought it at a party store for $6. I thought it'd be a real fun...BUT, the people who designed this obviously have no concept of practicality. First of the container for the bubble fluid is underneath the truck, it's not easy to fill it up, and then by the time you've managed to fill it up and have your hands and clothes all wet with soap, you will spill about another 1/4 of the container trying to lock it back underneath the truck. Then another 1/4 will spill from the truck as you walk around the park and make bubbles. Then the fluid or water (if you do like me and rinse it with water) will spill into the battery compartment, where batteries will leak their chemical and rust, and ruin the toy. And if you forget to rinse and empty the fluid compartment, it will spill inside the kids bag and get all the other toys wet.... NOT a good toy...I put 2 stars at "how fun it is" because the few minutes this thing will make bubbles, kids will have a ball...
It's like having a car and having to do an oil change everytime you want to drive........ FAIL !!!!

I bought 2 of these (one fire truck and one school bus) for my son and his friend. The truck does not produce bubbles. The first 15 minutes you could get it to make a few bubbles by pushing up and down on the button. Now it does NOT produce any bubbles. Not very happy with this toy. Will look for another bubble machine.

This thing works pretty well, once you get the hang of it. You have to pump it a few times for it to actually blow bubbles. It's much easier to carry around than some of the other large bubble blowers, but it doesn't blow as many bubbles. It's duality as a truck made my toddler happy. Overall pretty good for the price.
