I got these boots as part of a Malcolm Reynolds costume, and they work great! Everyone complemented me on the accuracy of my costume. :)

The only downside, which is NOT the fault of the seller, is that they were too large for my feet. While reading other reviews for this product, I noticed that several people said the boots were smallish, especially in the calf, so I ordered one size larger than I normally wear. However, the boots seemed to be exactly the size listed (so they didn't fit my feet very well). I contacted the seller, who responded immediately, and was willing to let me exchange them for a smaller pair. Given the time constraint I was under (the date of the party I was assembling the costume for), they were even willing to send me a new pair right away, before I returned the first pair; then, I would return whichever pair didn't fit, at no extra cost. All I'd need to pay would be rush shipping to get the second pair to arrive in time. I didn't want to pay for overnight shipping (which would have been necessary to arrive in time; I didn't plan ahead very well...), so I decided to keep the original pair. But the fact that they were willing to try this shows that they are dedicated to making their customers happy.

I would definitely order from this seller again, and would recommend others to buy from them as well. The boots look great, arrived promptly, are good quality for the price, and service is excellent. Just make sure to order the correct size!

For costume boots, they're comfortable enough. Easy to move in, don't get too hot. I used them with a Jedi costume (yeah I'm a nerd. I've learned to live with it.) and they looked great. It's hard to find costume footwear, especially at a decent price; but these fit the bill nicely.

These boots made my Obi Wan costume a HIT!!! I highly recommned boots from this company and I plan too buy another pair soon!

If you are a cosplayer or someone who gets into costuming, these boots are a good buy. The picture is a very accurate representation of the product. On the inner leg portion is a zipper extending the entire length of the boot so you can easily get in and out of them. I own two pair of these boots in the brown color and they are the best boots I've found so far for fantasy cosplaying.

What makes these boots particularly good for costuming is that the material is soft enough that you can sew on additions. The material is easy to sew into (except for the toe and heel portions which are quite thick).

Just one thing to watch out for. These boots scuffed up my linoleum floors quite a bit so you may not want to walk over your linoleum floors with them (or else get on your hands and knees and scrub the scuffs off).

These are some of the better costume boots I've found. Reasonably comfortable (you may want to add insoles) and a good price. They do run a little big in the calf, so unless your calves are huge relative to your foot size, just order your regular shoe size. Well put together with a sturdy zipper and a decent sole. For costuming purposes, you won't find better.

The boots did exactly what I wanted them to do - complete my super hero outfit. The look great and had several comments on them. They are not daily wearers, though.

Only downside was on my end. After reading reviews I ordered one size larger due to several comments made about the boots running small in the calf. Buy what fits you and don't lean on the reviews about boots running small. They are entirely too big and I had to fold them down at the top just so they wouldn't look ridiculous. Also had to put on 3 pairs of socks, just to get them to not slide all over the place. I should have bought the right size boot for me. Usually the reviews are right on about things, especially when you spot a trend. However, these reviews were way off.

These are well-made and sturdy boots. They arrived within the time given. I had wanted them a little faster, but didn't put a rush order on them so I really can't complain. Only extra advice I have is when ordering size, err towards the smaller size. These boots are roomy but firm. If you order a size bigger, you're gonna get a lot of extra room!

I was putting together a Han Solo costume for Halloween and these boots were perfect. A little flimsy so just take care of them before the event and you'll be fine. They look awesome, and besides being very roomy in the foot area(to be expected), these boots were perfect. great deal, very cheap, got here right on time. Can't ask for much more.

I purchased these boots for my Jedi outfit and they are great. Good price too.

This is actually a very high quality costume boot. They look pretty authentic and can take a lot of abuse if you wear them a lot.

They come in a large shoe box and are folded over. Due to the thin(ish) material the boots are made of, the folds leave some wrinkling. So unfortunately, if you want them to be wrinkle free, you'll have to straigten them yourself. This can be irritating. But they are very good none the less.

I would definately reccomend them.
