I bought this as a little addition to my mom's 83rd birthday present after seeing one that my husbands great-niece got for Christmas. Mom had mentioned several times how she missed having a pet but that my dad just did not want one. So I thought she might get a kick out of one of these. SHE LOVES IT !! She has named the kitty, Katie and keeps her on her lap or by her side. She and Katie carry on "conversations" (sometimes just to make my dad laugh and/or to drive him nuts !)

The cat seems to work exactly as advertised and is entertaining without being annoying.

I am sure this toy was not targeted at the senior citizen population...but it has far exceeded my expectations and made my mom very happy. Who knew !?!?

Santa gave my 5-year-old daughter this Fur Real Teacup Kitty. It is very cute and is the size of a small kitten. This kitten has soft fur, a sweet face and purs or kneads with its front paws when its back is stroked. My daughter loves her new kitten. She snuggles with it, holds it, pets it, sleeps with it and takes it with her on car trips. We have not used its carrying case much, because my daughter wants to hold her kitten, but it is bright and colorful. It was her favorite Christmas gift this year.

My daughter (and sons) love playing with this kitten. It is not too loud when it purrs and meows and they all love putting her in the little purse. Overall it has been well worth the money and all of the kids seem to enjoy playing with it.
