Shipping and packing were great, but this morning, Christmas morning, my daughter is beyond disappointed when "Santa" brought her a non working Furby, Now what am I supposed to do and how am I supposed to explain this to her :( So sad.

The grand daughter has not been able to enjoy this toy due to it not working. I understand that the supplyer has not made a replacement or a repair. At least that was the the state of the order as of the last week of February. I would appreceate your following up on this order. Will Cook
