I already sent you a review of this item, and heard back from Furniture Creations, but they did not promise me a full refund and I will not spend $92 shipping cost to send this back to them in Arizona. This is a terribly designed bird bath, etc. as it is completely top-heavy and will not stay upright. Even Home Depot professionals could not help me assemble it and make it stand up properly.

Furniture Creations wanted me to rescind my bad review if they sent me a partial refund. I will not do that, as no one else should order this item. And partial refund is unexceptable.

Fully assembling the product was not possible due to broken plastic!!! The product is not stable enough to hold birds because it is too light. the solar light does not work. I would be much better off to buy a bird bath made by concrete or plaster .....

Not only did the "screws" they gave me not fit, but the top part wouldn't connect together, it stands lopsided because it is top heavy. I would have tried to return it, but not wasting any mre $ on this. I will try and make it work somehow....

Pros: has an asthetic appearence, easy to assemble, and worked right out of the box. It is made totally of plastic so it won't rust.

Cons: Being made totally of plastic means it is light weight. You will have to use the small stakes provided and possibly some heavy rocks or marbles and use faux flowers to add weight. The stacks should be a little longer for added base support.

Overall: Would have got 5 stars if not for the stakes.
