I love this lamp! It is perfect 4 someone who prefers design over practicallity. The base is the figure of a dragon holding a sword in 1 claw, & upliftifting a lighted globe w/ the other. Uses the same size light bulb as a night light, so it doesn't provide much 4 lighting, but if ur like me u won't care bout that, it all bout the dragon!

this is now on my nightstand for a reading lamp. it looks great has a lovely amount of lightas the dome cover over the bulb makes it perfect for reading without waking up my husband who is a light sleeper. it is definately an insomniac nerds newest friend
