5.0 out of 5 stars Train yourself to ba a fitness expert!, February 27, 2006
This review is from: Further Brawn (Paperback)
This book is packed with a lot of information that only a well trained bodybuilder would know gleaned over the years of trial and error. Everything you ever wanted to know about how to distinguish between productive and unproductive excercises, recommended stances, how to put a workout together and a ton of other topics are discussed.

I learned the seven principles needed for consistant muscle building progress month after month and I can't wait to buy the other books by Mc Robert to push my training to my body's genetic potential. He shows how training knowledge along with proper execution can give you a complete well rounded physique with out the help of steroids and even supplements.

This book is for the hardgainer who is tired of slaving away in the gym with no significant gains to show for it. He also shares how the bodybuilding elite along with the supplement industry pull the wool so to speak over the general public's eyes as they try to convince us that we must follow their every move (to our training peril) to get big and strong.

If I had this book when I started weightlifting at 19 (now 30) I would have already reached my mass goals. Get this book and his others!!!
