If you haven't read Rebuilding the Garden, this book may confuse you. Though the information on the chakras is presented in a straightforward manner, I talk about healing them with the skills learned in the first book.
Further Into the Garden is a workbook. Although it can be read for fun, it could be frustrating to read along, find a specific area of concern, and then be unable to work on it because you don't have your skills under you yet.
The skills in Rebuilding the Garden aren't at all difficult to learn or apply--but they are skills you'll need if you want to heal your chakras in a safe and grounded way. (Karla McLaren)
