I purchased this as the fourth item in Amazon's buy 4 pay for 3 deal. I returned it. I had high hopes that it would work, but it really is a piece of silicone junk.
The inside area where you insert your hand is too small for an adult with average size hands. If you have itty-bitty child size hands this will fit you. Also, the flippers are so long and not strong enough to pick anything up. I tried picking up a sausage and it slipped. I tried turning bacon and it is too clunky. It really is useless. I went back to my normal tongs and will never stray again.

THIS PRODUCT IS USEFUL BUT UNWIELDY AND NOT SO EASY TO STORE. . IT IS NOT VERY GOOD AT PICKING UP THIN OR DELICATE FOOD BUT WORKS WELL ON THICKER ITEMS. NOT A MUST HAVE IN THE KITCHEN.

If you're old enough to remember "Kukla, Fran and Ollie" you will love this tong. I use it with non stick pans that I don't want to scratch and for a million other uses. I pull things out of the toaster oven and the micro wave. I also use it to balance portions between plates. No more fingers. It is more sanitary and your hands don't get greasy! Ever try to get pieces of egg shell out of the scrambled egg? Ever need to entertain a little one while cooking? This brings us to the puppet show you can perform with this baby. Just try it ... they're so cool.

I thought finger tongs would be much smaller. I haven't actually used them yet but will probably not find many uses for them.
