These capsules are fantastic. My ankles swelled up like balloons after I started sleeping on a wedge pillow to reduce night time acid reflux. I ran to the doctor and they could find nothing wrong with me. They told me to elevate my legs.
I found these capsules on Amazon after doing a search for "water retention" and "swollen ankles".
After three days I could see a huge improvement. After a week and a half my ankles and calves had gone down to their NORMAL size.
I will continue to use these capsules until someone finds a natural cure for Acid Reflux and GERD (not a PPI and H2-Blocker cure, but a real natural healthy cure).
