Of particular note are the "12 requirements of success for the future capable company," a discussion of the synthesis between lean, agile, and cellular manufacturing, the value of simplicity, the "25 requirements for effective maintenance leadership," and analysis of Gallup's "Q12" method for retaining human capital.
