Stellar retro synth goodness! Fun, catchy, sincere songs in classic analog style. Best tracks: "Summertime", "Night Club", "We Have the Dancefloor to Ourselves" and the memorable "Metro Boulot Dodo" (even if you don't understand French you'll be humming it for days!).

Classic Synthpop! I haven't heard songs this catchy for a very long time!
It has a well crafted feel about it with hooks aplenty. This coupled with the first rate production quality gives it a timeless feel. Excellent!

I discover Gary Flanagan on the Electro Nouveau CD with the single Metro Boulot Dodo. For a moment, I thought it was actually a 80s single they put on there as a retro memory. Then I discovered someone was actually making COOL 80s electro new wave sounds again. What a cool song. Right up there with 99 Luftballoons as great new wave songs I love but don't understand the words! Great stuff. Keep it up.Gary |
