Headswim throw off the shackles, October 5, 2000

After breaking away from Sony, the Essex boys return - bounding into the ring with the confidence of gold medal fighters. From the first drum crash this catchy tune seems to spell yet another direction for the lads. Less keyboards more guitar but oozing appeal, Dusty Road has a real 70s country rock feel about it with lead singer Dan sounding at times like Michael MacDonald. Cool sound, great voice, ace tune. Give me the album now!
