2.0 out of 5 stars A new age book, December 28, 2005

This review is from: Future Prospects of the World According to the Bible Code (Paperback)
The fundamental weakness of this book is that the probabilities of his code matrices are not given, so there is no way of knowing if the codes are random. All of the codes in this book use single words or numbers. Skeptics such as Brendan McKay have shown that simple codes can occur in any book of this length. Some codes that I believe are genuine form sentences and the probabilities are beyond chance. A good site for those interested in code research is biblecodedigest.com

This is an excellent, easy read, and a must read for all. In fact, Jesus has talked about reincarnation in the scriptures that were suppressed in the 3rd century, cuz the church doesn't want you to know about it. Anyone who tells you differently hasn't done their homework. This book does an excellent job explaining this change of doctrine, and it is a fact that reincarnation was a part of the church's teachings, as I have read other books that verify this history of the church. This book emphasizes that these predictions are prospects and not written in stone which are subject to changes depending on the mass consciencness of humanity. You will not be disapointed if you purchase this book, I guarantee it!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Future Prospects of the World According to the Bible Code, October 2, 2005

This is an extrodinary book, a must read for anyone with an open mind and not bound by the dogma of the church or fundamentalist preachers. I've studied this subject extensively and feel Joseph Noah must be a very advanced human spirit to have so adeptly understood the Bible Code and what it means.
As for those who reject what this author has to say because he offers that Jesus Christ was NOT God, re-read your Bible. Christ said do not worship me, do not pray to me.....I bring you God's Word, His message.....pray to God, our Father, not me. Jesus Christ also said do not make a church in my name.....He knew man would corrupt His message and re-write it to their own selfish aims. Jesus Christ said He was the Son of God, the Son of Man, not God Himself. Too bad so many are led to believe the corrupted word of a Bible that has been changed to suit the church leaders, ie: reincarnation is not valid, that through Grace alone we are forgiven and will go to heaven, that Christ was God, and that we cannot raise ourselves to the heights of perfection with God's help and guidance.... as Jesus Christ did. True, Jesus Christ is the pinnacle of perfection, and we cannot even conceive of His greatness, but He did come to be an example to us all and to show us the way back to God Almighty through repeated chances to learn our lessons via reincarnation. God created a just and perfect set of Universal Laws. Primary is the law of cause and effect (karma) and in this perfect system no one can get a free ride from their 'sins', they can only learn and atone for them through experiencing themselves the hurt and pain they have caused others. Christ came and died for our sins yes, but He only took them and held them in 'abeyance' for a period of time so we would have a chance to move forward in our progress. He knew otherwise we would have been 'buried' in our sins and not able to make any progress, such was the horrible human condition during Christ's time here. By taking on our sins on the Cross, Christ has held off what would have been the natural outcome of our sins, delaying those effects until now...the end times, the tribulation. And now today all of our past deeds need to be released to satisfy God's perfect Law of cause and effect... we are now reaping what we have sown in these days and for the next several years. It'll be rough having to deal with our accumulated bad karma through the Universal Law of Cause and Effect, that has now been released, but some of us will make the best of it and make great strides in our progress by handling it in the correct manner and making the right choices. The Laws God created are perfect, so the Law of Cause and Effect is perfect too and this is why in His mercy, God sent Christ down to us to help us out and give us one last chance by holding the results of our misdeeds off for 2,000 years so we could move forward the best we could until it is now time for it all to be released and for us to make our choices of what we will do with it all. The vast majority of church leaders today are only interested in holding their flocks under their control, massaging their gigantic egos and keep vital information from us that helps us grow closer to God,...don't be one of these 'brainwashed' folks, be true to what your God given spirit is trying to tell you, you all have innate intuition you can use to be very discerning in what you use to your own benefit....don't be led around by others that say they have the 'inside scoop' on how to get to heaven.....it's only through hard work, discernment and true love of all of God's Universal Laws... which say learn your lessons well, truly love your fellow human beings here, move forward and work towards perfection while here in 'schoolhouse earth'. You have it within you to make it.....do it with God's help and Christ as your example.
