Awesome amplifier
I purchased three different amplifiers for my hearing impaired mom. This was the most expensive and took the longest to get here. As long as it works for its intended purpose, that will be fine. Really like the addition of the strobe light when the phone rings.

Not useable for the hearing impaired
Very dull light, I can not even hear the ringer. Not very good for a person with a moderate hearing loss.

The product is made well and the thought behind it is good but, I purchased it for my mom and because of poor eyesight she could not see the low light strobe lights and because of poor hearing, the loud ring added nothing. Just the wrong product for the wrong person. I would try it for others.
