My wife has been battling acne and those painful "under the skin" cysts for a few years now. Futurebiotics AcneAdvance actually works well, but a user has to be regular and consistent in taking them. No less than two a day. Some breaks are good though, so the body doesn't develop a partial immunity or tolerance.

She went from her back looking like shrapnel damage from an explosion, to no cysts and gradual disappearance of the red marks. Her face, especially around her mouth, under her chin and the top of her chest was riddled with constant welts and white heads. After a couple weeks under the regiment of AcneAdvance, the eruptions calmed down, and spots started to recede.

With her, it was a combination of hormones, bad diet and poor elimination. Forsake the fast food, especially hamburgers and French fries. Don't partake in shakes, whole milk, ice cream and chocolate. Caffeine is said to also aggravate acne, but she was not noticeably affected. If a person can't discipline their diet, they need not expect any recovery.

In combination to diet and AcneAdvance, we include Glytone Exfoliating Body Wash, which is a must for keeping the skin sterile and breathing. The 8.8% glycolic acid is just about right for any skin type. For internal purification, 500mg Colostrum is a powerful supplement that acts as a antibiotic, to disable the infection found in the blood stream, that can also contribute to acne. We choose Jarrow Prime Life brand for price and quality content. Another product used is Colon Cleanse Complete #7, which is chosen for purification of the intestine, colon and aided function of the Liver. If you are not cleaning, you are building poisons that contributing to acne among other problems. Finally, Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin is a must for women in any context, very positive in a regiment bent on eliminating acne. Specifically Bioton and Pantothenic Acid are needed in the battle.

While results will vary from person to person, we have tried many products and combinations. While many did nothing, others made the condition worse. I've been taking these for about 4 months now and I could tell it started to kick in about two weeks after I first started taking them. I had also started eating healthier and taking a Hair, Skin and Nails multivitamin at the same time and thought maybe those were the reasons that my skinned had started to clear up so I decided to stop taking these once the first bottle ran out to try and cut down on expenses. Within 3 days I regretted that choice as my acne started coming back. I immediately got online to buy another bottle and was so happy when I got it in the mail. I had to wait another two weeks for it to kick in again, but thankfully my skin is cleared up again. It's a little pricey but it's still a great product.
