I have used this product before seeing here. I like that it has 30 individual packets. I get everything at once without the trouble of opening a bunch of different vitamin bottles and counting out the tablets. It has more ingredients than most multivitamins - and the price is far more reasonable. I also noticed that my fingernails were much stronger after only a couple weeks. My hair also started feeling more managable and although I don't know that this product was solely responsible, I physically feel better after using it on a regular basis.

I love these vitamins and can really tell difference when I try to take something else. The energy I feel when I take them really helps me through my day. I recently tried a highly praised competitor and I went back. I wish it came in more than a thirty day supply though. You get a neat daily pre packaged envelope with 3 vitamins per day., It makes me convenient to carry in my purse if I don't have time to take them first thing in the morning before work. Love them!

I used to take this product but the but the store stopped carrying it. I'm glad to find it here and at such a great price! My nails are very thin and soft so as they grow they split and peel. These vitamins make them very strong and they grow fast! My skin glows too and it gives me energy.
