Needed a product that supplemented my lack of a balanced diet. This product is perfect. Easy to take size for we senior citizens. If your like me and don't always fix meals for one, then try this product for a good supplement of vegetable vitamins and minerals. And, the best part is, I'm losing about 2 lbs a week without giving up my Pepsi. So may be even better if you drink water on a regular basis. Combined with my other supplements, I feel so much better getting the 'lost' vitamins and minerals I lack from not eating good meals every day.

Easy to swallow and good price for "greens". You take 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening, but they are small enough it is not a challenge. I have taken green products for some years now, and when I run out or stop taking them I seem to have a decrease in my immune system. My biggest ailment when I do not take greens or probiotcs is painful canker sores and often an over growth of yeast. I highly reccommend a dose of greens and probiotics daily. I also have noticed a much higher energy level when taking them. This brand of greens is vegan with no added yeast, starch, sugar, salt, corn, soy, dairy, or artificial colors or preservatives. It provides a rich source of greens and is processed heat-free to preserve their nutrients. I have bought this brand twice now, and have no complaints and would purchase again.

I am so glad I found this product. It is the perfect way to get in your Superfoods without having to find and/or eat individual items. The tablets are small and so easy to swallow. My son who is a cancer survivor takes these as well, they are easy for him to swallow and since he's a teenaged boy, that's important, the easier it is to get it down them the more likely they are to do it.
