I've tried many different knee support products and I've found Futuro to be the best for me. I previously had a large one which finally tore after 3 years of use. I went to Futuro's website and measured my knee and found that medium was my recommended size so I bought this one. It's a little snug pulling it on over my calf, but it fits much better during the day - hardly ever have to adjust it, which I did more often with the large sized one.
