To Wear Open all Velcro closures and slide thumb into thumb hole. Wrap support around hand and secure Velcro closure, located at the base of the wrist strap, onto soft loop material.

therapeutic but not while working,

This product REALLY immobilizes your thumb, so don't expect to be able to do much work with this on. I actually use it when I sleep to help recover a bit from the mouse-clicking of the day. Anytime when you don't really need to use your hand is fine, but this is not something you can really wear while working on the computer or doing almost anything I can think of.

We thought these would be perfect, but the ones without the thumb support work better. Our doc said to purchase something with thumb support, but the thumb support didn't alleviate the tendinitis as well as the ones without thumb support.
