5.0 out of 5 stars Fuzz Ball
My neighbor gave me a sleeve of Fuzz Balls, I thought he was kidding when he told me about the balls. He said that is all he plays with now. I played with them on my next round of golf. After playing a round with them, I came home and ordered some. I gave several of the balls to my golf buddies and they played with them, and inturn they order the balls. The ball has a...

2.0 out of 5 stars high handicapper ball
This is a decent golf ball if you're a beginning player and you want inexpensive balls but a mid or low handicap player will probably be disappointed. They are not long, the spin factor seems very low, and the ball just sort of feels dead or heavy coming off the clubface. I'm a 12 HCP player with just enough ability to tell a good ball from a mediocre ball. The Fuzz...

After playing a round with them, I came home and ordered some. I gave several of the balls to my golf buddies and they played with them, and inturn they order the balls. The ball has a great feel at impact off the tee and around the greens. I really enjoy playing with them and the price is right. I recommend them for Senior Citzens like me not only for the performance but price.

This is a great ball for the high and low handicappers. The ball has a very nice soft feel around the greens, however very long off the the tee. Price is right...

5.0 out of 5 stars 1st Ball I didn't loose!, August 8, 2009
This review is from: Fuzz Ball 18 Pack Low Compression Golf Balls (White) (Sports)
I absolutely love FUZZ BALLz! I recently bought some and they are great! Love the packaging and wicked long, wicked soft insignia...
I played the first full 18 holes and didn't loose my ball with one of these dudes! That is incredible since i am a bogey golfer with a 16 handicap!

They drive long and straight and maintain a consistent, continuenty feel regardless of the shot, driver or iron!
The putting has a soft feel as well - i do not note anything different from other balls on the green. :)

And the best part is, they are a cult secret, no one knows much about them! Shhhhhhh!

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Ball, October 14, 2009

I normally play Pro V's, NXT Tours, Bridgestone 3330, but a few of the better
players at my golf course were using this FUZZ ball, so I figured I would try them.

I was very pleasantly surprised. My distance was the same if not a few yards
better than with the Pro V. and it was pretty much the same around the green.
It puttered with about 95 to 98% the same feel as the proV1 and better than the NXT Tour.

There were only two drawbacks. One is the way the word FUZZ is printed on the
ball. It is not neat and I found It a little distracting.
The other drawback is you will only get 18 holes out of the ball less if you
hit a couple of cart paths.

Update: I have used them for a few more rounds and I love them! Just for fun, I set the 'eyes' looking up at me to drive the ball, however for putting I still use the opposite side. I am getting the extra distance now, [although it could also be the additional tips that tweaked my swing!] I would buy these again, now that I'm used to them!!! They're great fun!!!
Original post: I was looking for a replacement ball since my favs, BetaTi LS, were no longer being made. I read the reviews and thought I'd give these a try. I need to say I am a high handicapper so my comments should be taken with a grain of salt, and more than likely, your experience may be different. These are by far the coolest looking golf balls I've ever used. According to some of the comments posted I had hoped that with a proper, good swing on my part, they would really travel straight and far. I didn't have that experience. They were ok, but I still miss the distance and feel of my favs. Although, at first, it was challenging to line up my putt staring at the set of eyes on the ball, I do love the look of the Fuzz, and will give them another try. Hopefully with more practice they will go 'wickedly long' for me. Goodness knows I could use the help!

4.0 out of 5 stars Warning, these balls go long, August 7, 2009
By
This review is from: Fuzz Ball 18 Pack Low Compression Golf Balls (White) (Sports)
These balls should come with a warning label. "Ball my fly too far, go two clubs down". I had found this ball on the course and used it on a short par 4. I normally reach the green with my driver but went with my three wood instead. This particular ball landed ten yards passed the green; WITH MY THREE WOOD! I thought it was a fluke. Used it again on Thirteen. The fairway makes a 90 degree dogleg left; 230 yards to the rough. I normally play a draw with my three wood to cut the corner. I hit it soft and didn't finish my follow through and it STILL carried 260 yards to the 4th fairway. (still managed to get on in two). I hit it again on 14; 250 yards to the lateral hazard. I hit a fade into the wind with my three wood and still lost it in the hazard. I was so frustrated that I didn't bother to look for it; good riddance you lousy ball.(That cost me a double bogey). This was two weeks ago and now I wished I still had it in my bag. I never had a chance to hit it with my driver. I normally carry about 260 yards; makes me wonder how far this ball will go, outer space? I want more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I gave it only four stars because I didn't have the opportunity to try it out for any length of time.

The Fuzz isn't a good one, but it is worth the price if you're not a serious golfer with average or better ability.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fuzz Golf Balls, October 28, 2008

The FUZZ golf ball is a very low compression ball. For us rather weak swing golfers, this ball will travel 30 to 40 yards father than what you are using now. I am very pleased with this golf ball. But it's a secret, shhhhh.

if you want some cheap golf balls that no one else has ever heard of or plays, these are for you. anytime you find one of these, you know it's your ball, because NO ONE else plays them. they perform just fine, too.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Golf Ball, LOUSY price., April 24, 2012
By
This review is from: Fuzz Ball 18 Pack Low Compression Golf Balls (White) (Sports)
These are great golf balls. I was able to hit them farther and longer than most golf balls out there.

HOWEVER.....$17.00 is VERY high for these balls. I've see them at other stores for $8.99 to $11.99.

Soooooo, don't buy them here! Even K-Mart has them $9.99
