I bought this sprayer via Amazon from Earth Mother and installed it. All fittings on it leaked. Not only did the two fittings which can be tightened leak, but the fittings which are built into the unit leak. The instructions said to tighten any fittings which leak. I tightened them all and the leaks continued. I uninstalled the unit and noticed very cheap fittings and seals.

The documentation states that a plumber is not necessary to install. I am not a licensed plumber, but I know my way around plumbing. I have installed sinks, faucets, home water filters, and baths with no problems.

I have requested a full refund. I'll post Earth Mother's response.

What a great idea, right? I was so excited to find this product, as several friends w/ infants highly recommended a sprayer for cloth diapers. My (at the time) 6wk old daughter bought this for her daddy for last Christmas. Boy was he excited!!! It took awhile, but he got it hooked up. It leaked from every connection in the thing! We tried adjusting the water pressure. We tried replacing seals & orings (which, by the way, for this item have to be purchased at a plumber wholesale place that sells to professional plumbers.) We took the sprayer to Lowe's. We took it to our local hardware store. Everyone said the same thing-the seals it came with were not the right kind-we needed the conical compression kind, which are not easy to get. So we tried contacting the seller (it was not The Diaper Sprayer). Our phone calls and emails went unanswered. Needless to say, we're stuck with a useless sprayer and out $45. I would give this product zero stars if possible, as it is-sadly-useless.

Same thing happened to me, but only one leaked and it leaked not on the connection to the toilet, but the line on the sprayer. Not worth the money.
