Cobra arrives and floods the seaside city, so Flint, Lady Jane, and the Joes take their fight underwater. After driving Cobra off, Dial Tone uses his remarkable historical knowledge to figure out that Serpentor's next target is a castle in Transylvania used by one of history's nastiest character, Vlad The Impaler. The only way to find out what Serpentor's up to is to meet him there head-on, and that's just what they do. Into Your Tent I Will Silently Creep. Things are missed around Joe headquarters, and Cross Country is mad as a hornet's nest when his tape deck goes AWOL. It turns out an electronic pack rat is making off with their stuff, but Cross Country sets a trap for the steel rodent. Following it through air ducts and underground sewers, he discovers Destro's subterranean training grounds and ends up a Cobra prisoner. Lucky for him, Mainframe becomes suspicious when a classified disk is missing and sends out the troops.
