5.0 out of 5 stars WELCOME TO G-TV
Finally the great Kurupt Young Gotti gave us a inside look at his life on the road. This has got to be one of the greatest behind the scenes dvd's ever. The guest appearences alone is enough to make it over the top worth buying. Roscoe, Daz, Snoop, Bad Azz, Tray Dee, Tha Liks, Xzibet, and much more appear in this video. 1.0 out of 5 stars This is no good!!!
I am one of Kurupt's ( & D.P.G.'s ) biggest fans, so of course I had to get it.
Once I watched it I was highly disappointed.
There is nothing special here.
No videos, just useless talking about nothing.
The concert scenes were also terrible.
Some scenes had voice overs with songs instead of the actual live concert sounds.
There is a low low...

Another reason this video is off the hook is because of the underground videos. They were all shot on the dv camera so of course it's not like their normal videos, but they are still off the hook. Another great reason is the females all over it, DAWM. And finally another reason is the music cd that comes with it, ful of unrealesed songs, and a few snippits. So I recommend this video to all music lovers out there who want a behind the scenes look at some real g'z.

There is nothing special here.
No videos, just useless talking about nothing.
The concert scenes were also terrible.
Some scenes had voice overs with songs instead of the actual live concert sounds.
There is a low low budget video for a song that looks like it was shot with a home video camera.
Every guest shot had people looking in the camera talking [and] trying to sound tough.
Going into buying this DVD I thought it would have ( if not all )
some of Kurupt's videos.
I thought the interviews would be more interesting.
I would give this no stars but Amazon won't allow me to.
I'm writing this to warn anyone considering to buy this.
Don't get your hopes up with this one.
The only thing half way decent is Roscoe's freestyling battle.
The bonus disc is also [no good].
The disc has 3 short snippets and the rest is 4 [disappointing] songs.
There is nothing special about this edition.
Please don't make the same mistake I made.
Get Xzibit's Restless Exposed DVD instead.
It has all Xzibit's videos and some good behind the scenes action.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best DVD on DPG yet... RAW AND UNCENSORED!!, October 18, 2002

What i liked most about GTV was the fact that it was not Hollywood or trying to make stuff look real slick. It was the real behind the scenes of Kurupt. I like this DVD because of its RAW feel and it seems that we get to see the real stuff, not just the things they would want us to see. A must HAVE for ANY DPG fan

Sounded terrible, visuals were terrible, on camera was terrible and the production and direction was even more terrible and please tell me something....who gets the job of handing out the title of "Director" on this mess? I mean what's to direct? A bunch of crunked up and smoked out MC's with white girlz? Stupidity and a waste of 10 bucks!!

1.0 out of 5 stars Lackluster DVD, January 28, 2005

This review is from: G-TV (DVD)
This dvd in my opinion is not very good. The scenes are totally pointless. You would only like this dvd if you had no idea of what gos on in the streets.. This would be like taking your camera with you while you go chill and not doing anything special. The concert footage is terrible and there aren't any videos. The bonus cd is ok I guess, but not worth it all.

4.0 out of 5 stars For the fans, September 3, 2002
This review is from: G-TV (DVD)
This DVD is a great DVD for the fans of Kurupt (and the DPG*), it shows them (The DPG) backstage at conserts on the Puff Puff Pass Tour, it has some consert fotage, but DO NOT BY THIS DVD LOOKING FOR CONSERT FOTAGE if you do you will be disapointed. If you want consert fotage I recomend The Up In Smoke Tour DVD (it dosn't contan mutch, if any Kurupt).

This DVD has great music and fun scenes.

The Bonus disc (whitch acording to Fortress DVD**) is limited is worth the prise buy it self sence it contains unreleased Kurupt tracks.

* DPG is the "Gang" of musicians (including Daz, Snoop, Tray Deee and more) witch Kurupt belongs to.

**Fortress DVD is the company that released this DVD

1.0 out of 5 stars boring average, January 5, 2004
This review is from: G-TV (DVD)
This DVD is only for the kurupt hardheads i guess. there are no tight gimmicks, videos etc. most of the time some drunken homies try to freestyle in the backstage and so you have about one hour of boring garbage. i'll sell this dvd.
