Easy to read and applicable as well as spot on to our educational and spiritual obligation to the children we teach.

Another book about education written by people who know little or nothing about the state of the educational system as it currently stands. Nothing new or helpful for a veteran teacher.

This book is not only a great help for better understanding differentiated instruction, but it also inspires deeper thought and hands-on application! And, after having met this Professor at graduation, I want to read more books that she publishes!

This is a very brief overview on differentiation for Christian educators. Although it's written from a Christan perspective, it's not overly religious and has great information for anyone who teaches. The information is fairly general, but Ackerman makes many good points. The scripture that is used to back up the content makes some good connections. It is well written and easy to read.

This book was required reading. It was organized, thought provoking and contained many good ideas for the classroom. Suggested learning activities apply mainly to elementary age, but can be idea resources to apply to older students. Appropriate challenge Scripturally to consider and support the needs of all students facing learning difficulties.
