Please, dont buy this. She looks like she got hit in the face with a frying pan, and her clothes are incredibly tacky. Plus, her legs are stuck in that freaky position and she's way too tall.

When i first saw the American Idol dolls, the one that really appealed to me was Simone. They were having an auction to fundraise for a school trip..And Tori was for sale...So i placed my bid...and i won..At first, i was not going to take her out of the box, but i couldn't help myself....I just HAD to take her out! After 10 minutes of tearing open the rather tall and fragile doll, i tried to stand her up...she wouldn't stand..her stomach is rather aukward, in a bent possition. Her hands are wide and her fingers are very long....I also found that she cannot bend, as advertised. I must say, though, i do really love her make up! The shade of lipstick the doll is wearing apeals to me...Her hair is soft, but gets tangled once in a while..This doll doesn't seem like alot of fun to me, but i think this sort of doll would be fun to collect, in the box.

After a while i decided to change her clothes...She comes with flashy and colorful clothes that i think are very pretty....Tori comes with:

2 pairs of boots (1 pink and 1 black)

2 tops

1 skirt

1 pair of pants

a karaoke machine

3 mini CD's (they don't actually work)

and a bit more, i think

I have lost many of the peices this doll came with..

I think this doll is a good collectors item but not good to take out of the box....I would recomend it for collectors only, not for kids...I'm 12 and i play dolls still....I won't be buying another American Idol doll, for sure....~`

The idea behind the american idol doll is great... but it really doesn't have an everflex body.. the arms and legs are everflex and skinny like a string bean not realistic looking, but the worst part is the fact that the entire torso and neck is made of hard plastic, and it is stuck in that strange bent over position.... not by accident, they did this on purpose, she can't wear reg barbie clothes, she's too skinny, and her body is crooked, she cant ride in barbie cars because her legs are too long, and she doesn't sit up staight. my daughter actually started crying because the doll was crooked... she thought it was going to work like the cheerleader dolls with the everflex body... the product really is a waste.... you can't play with it ...

I don't actually have this doll yet, but I do intend to buy it as a collecter's item. There is only one problem that i have with this line of dolls, they are so stereotypical! Why is it that the African-American is automatically an R&B singer?( not that there's anything wron with that genre of music)It makes it seem like that's all they know how to sing, which is definatly not the case. And then the white girl with dark hair HAS to sing rock, right? Because she has dark hair, so she can't like anything else. And then there's another blond bubblegum popstar, because as we all know, the only way to succeed in the pop world is to be blonde!

Tori needs some serious help. Why they chose to make the doll permanently bent in an awkward position, I'll never know. Despite this fact, my daughter still loves her. Tori is hard to dress, which frustrates my daughter and requires my assistance every time.

If I had known all of this, I would have bought her a more traditional Barbie.

My daughter loves this doll. My daughter nick named is Tori. So when we saw this doll we just had to have it. She loves the outfits the doll comes with and the song Tori sings. My daughter plays with Karaoke Machine with all her dolls. My only complained is Tori's body is weird. I don't know they needed for her torso to alway to be point to the right. Other than that Tori is wonderful

My daugher just got this doll for easter, and first of all the doll is stuck bent to the side, and the leggs are too long for a barbie doll, my daughter had a hard time dressing her and the music box only plays one song

Do not buy this doll. I bought it for my granddaughter and she gave it back to me and it was crap. She couldn't move the body and play with it. DO NOT BUY!!!

The Tori doll is okay but her legs won't bend and she's ugly.And for heavens sakes,there is only one song in the karaoke machine! I mean, if i had my choice, i would probably buy the Barbie one. I also don't like the song!

tori looks sooooooooooo cool!!!! i do not like bratz they look bad.
