I JUST RECEIVED MINE AFTER MY 20 YEAR OLD ONE BROKE, THAT ONE WAS PURCHASED AT A FLEE MARKET, THIS WAS A VERY GOOD PRICE, AND VERY NICE FEATURE FOR A EXTRA BASKET, WHERE WE LIVE WE WALK TO THE STORES AND THE SMALL BASKET WILL BE GOOD FOR MY PRESCRIPTIONS, LIBRARY BOOKS AND WATER BOTTLE AND COFFEE PURCHASES, I TOOK THE LINER OUT AS I LIKE TO USE MINE WITH CLOTH GROCERY BAGS. THANKYOU FOR THIS SPECIAL FIND I PRAY IT WILL BE A BLESSING FOR OTHERS AS WELL,MY SISTER IS TEMPTED TO BUY ONE EVEN THOUGH SHE DOES NOT NEED ONE RIGHT NOW,IT IS CUTE SHE SAYS. THIS MIGHT BE THE BIGGEST ONE AROUND, IT WILL HOLD 2 LARGE PACKS OF 12 TOILET PAPER WHEN THEY ARE ON SALE,

I just love, love, love my shopping cart! It's durable, sturdy and exceptionally roomy. The liner is machine washable and helps save on using so many shopping bags. At the grocery store I just asked the cashier to leave my purchases unbagged and used about three of my own bags. I got a case of soda AND a case of water in the bottom of the cart and then just piled the rest of the items in. The small basket was perfect for my bread and eggs and bottles of wine. I just rolled off into the sunset w/ my cart like it was a baby stroller because those wheels really make everything so much easier. I managed to fit in approx. $100 worth of groceries and still had room left. The padded cushion on the handle is a little cheap but so far so good.

I bought this product to replace a two-year old chrome, jumbo, folding shopping cart. I'd be using that chrome cart today had it not been hit by a car. That cart cost $12.00 more but this time out I decided to economize. Bad idea...

To begin with this cart arrived short one axle. I e-mailed the vendor and they answered immediately and had another one sent to me via USPS Priority Mail. No big deal, just a hassle I didn't need.

In comparison with the chrome cart, this one was much more difficult to assemble. Unless you have three hands, it is definitely helpful to have a second person available to hold parts in place. Equally important, a thorough knowledge of pigeon English is also desirable, as the instructions are laughably bad.

As for durability, the wheels and other portions of the assembly are adequate--no more or less. My first cart moved smoothly while this one constantly "clanks." The handle too is adequate, but not especially comfortable as the covering slips around. Rubber caps that fit over the ends of the metal tubing disappeared by the second week. Honestly, I'll be surprised if this cart survives for two-years.

This cart does have two good points. The dual baskets are a real help. While grocery shopping I'll put fragile items, like bread and eggs, in the smaller basket to lessen the likelihood of their being harmed. The vinyl liner is also a huge plus as, with the chrome basket, smaller articles constantly fell through the aluminum bars.

All-in-all this basket is adequate, but next time I'll pay the extra $12.00 and go for quality.

This cart does everything it says it does. I have no trouble with the wheels, it was easy to assemble (at least, my husband had no trouble), and it carries A LOT of stuff - even heavy stuff. It can be a little hard to maneuver when it's weighted down, but it still beats trying to carry all that stuff down several blocks from where we park the car after trips to the store. The only real disappointment is that it's so big it doesn't fit in the trunk of the car without folding down the back seats. But I ordered the biggest size, and we have filled it, so a smaller size wouldn't have worked for us anyway. Overall, it's a pretty good bang for your buck!

Bigger than I thought. We use this basket to transport stuff from vehicle to boatslip. Holds plenty! Bigger wheels makes it easy to role across wooden planks and varying slopes of floating dock. Good product for the money.

Great cart. It is much bigger than the one I had. I can carry so much more things.

My wife and I got married last year, and living in a city without a car, we decided a grocery cart would be a good addition for our wedding registry. We chose this cart because it had received high ratings and looked large enough to handle our big shopping trips.

Our friends purchased us the cart and we were so excited for our first shopping trip. We wheeled the cart for a 10-minute walk to the store, loaded it up to the top with groceries, and went on our way back home. Within minutes, the cart was literally breaking down. First, the two metal supports that hold the handle to the basket portion of the cart snapped. Next, the screws started falling off. To make matters worse, we then encountered a slight dip in the sidewalk which caused the entire cart to fall forward, breaking multiple eggs and scraping my shins. The cheap metal continued to break the closer we got to home, so much so that we thought we'd have to abandon the cart on the side of the road and lug all our groceries the rest of the way in our hands. Amazingly, we made it back and none too soon.

After putting away the groceries, I decided to peruse the company's website for warranty information. Much to my surprise, [...] has a 110% Satisfaction Guarantee and states that they will replace all their faulty products so long as they were purchased within 1 year. As instructed, I emailed them to give them my information, order number, etc. and they promptly responded. While the response was not very professional, they told me where to ship the cart. I next asked if they would cover the cost of shipping, but they failed to respond. I asked again, and again they failed to respond. Finally, on my third attempt where I stated my dissatisfaction with the company's response, they replied that they "take threats very seriously" (yes they misspelled seriously) and failed to answer my simple question.

While I've attempted to handle the situation per their website's instructions, the company in no way has left me 110% satisfied. I would advise anyone looking to purchase a grocery cart to avoid this brand, as it is made very cheaply and the company is both unprofessional and does not stand behind its products.

I was looking for a cart a bit larger and more substantial than what I could find locally. Not only was this item all that but had added features I hadn't hoped for - the liner, especially, because I've had things fall out the sides. The liner comes on and off easily. Good designing. I also like the extra smaller compartment, and the fact that it was red!. It cost a bit more which I expected. What I hadn't expected was how much the shipping cost. Even though this put the price on the high side I decided it was well worth it.
