G-96 A gun's best friend,

This review is from: G96 Gun Treatment 12Oz (Misc.)
When it comes to gun care, there are many products to choose from, but if you want the best, there is one product that stands alone, G-96 aersol lubricating spray. I consider it to be "top shelf" because not only does it protect the inside of my firearms, but the outside as well, by creating a protective barrier from rust and corrosion, which is cause by certain gunpowders, but also from your fingerprints when handling. The oils in you skin can cause the pitting on the surface of the gun barrel. G-96 "leaves no gummy residue" Fireams are very expensive, so it is important to keep them clean,so whether you're a hunter, collector, or just enjoy plinking,G-96 should be your choice. Joe Scalise

I have used this G-96 on my guns for approximately 35 years, and believe me, it is the best protection that I have found, and highly recommend it, for your hunting and sporting hardware, it is fantastic!!

G96.... i love the stuff,

This review is from: G96 Gun Treatment 12Oz (Misc.)
I have used rem-oil, hoppes 9, and gun scubber, then one day i purchased a SKS covered in cosmoliene at a local gun shop and the man gave me a can of G96 to clean it with, I went home dissembled the gun and sprayed it down with G96 and let it sit for a few minutes and went onto cleaning. my first impressions was the smell, it smells like egg nog, very pleasant. it cleaned well, but it was when i used it on my already clean 1911 that i realized how great this stuff is. if you clean your guns with hoppes or rem-oil and are getting white patches through it, take some G96, spray it inside the barrel and let it sit for one minute, then run a brush and a patch and you'll see what the other gun cleaners miss ;)it protects very well on the the outside of guns where the others dont (rust prevention / storage), its the only thing that cleaned the black powder fouling out of my neglected 1858 remington, it cleans and conditions wood, leather loves it to. its good to -50 degrees, it dont gum up, it great stuff.
