I bought this hippo as a present for my little sister's birthday. She has a hippopotamus collection and this was perfect for her. I'm very happy with the product except I believe it is smaller than the description, but that is no problem.

Not only huggably soft and lovable, but comes with a code to enter the wonderful online world of Webkinz and create a pet; play fun and educational games to earn points to feed and stylishly clothe and accessorize your beloved pet, as well as furnish its cozy, ultramodern home. Too many and diverse games to grow bored anytime soon!

The Lil' Kinz hippo is adorable, and its small size makes it perfect for kids to tote along in backpacks or even pockets! The Lil Kinz line is smaller and less expensive than the larger Webkinz, perfect for kids who want to continue to enjoy the website but don't want to spend a lot of money on the larger pets. The fur used on the Lil Kinz hippo feels a lot softer than the kind used on the full-sized hippo; the full-sized hippo has that strange, stringy fur while the Lil' Kinz hippo is fuzzier and not as stringy. It comes with the same items as its bigger sibling, but appears smaller on the website just like in person. I'd also recommend this hippo, or any Lil' Kinz, for parents who want to let their kids try webkinz but don't want to purchase a more expensive regular-sized webkinz pet only for their child to lose interest in a day or two. (As much fun as Webkinz is, most kids will easily get hooked, though!)

MY KIDS JUST GOT INTO THESE AND EACH ONE I BUY GETS CUTER AND CUTER. I HELP THEM ON THE THINGS THEY ARENT SURE OF ON THE SITE..AND I HAVE FOUND MYSELF PLAYING TO GAMES TRYING TO HELP THEM GET MONEY TO BUY BIGGER AND BETTER THINGS..:-) ITS FUN FOR ANYONE.:-) I EVEN DO THE DAILY ACTIVITES FOR THEM IF I KNOW THEY FORGOT...:-)

This toy is basically what I expected it to be. The child I bought it for was very excited to have it. Webkinz are popular but there really isn't much to them other than their popularity. It is soft and cute! I would suggest it for any young child who likes stuffed animals and uses a computer.
