Horrible Product! September 19, 2008

We just purchased this product for our small office and after an hour of using it we decided to return the machine. It may be electronic and "easy to use" but it is extremely difficult. The machine says in binds up to 20 pages. In fact, it only takes around 12 and even that is too much to handle. The cutting system is extremely delicate and more often than not, the holes are not aligned. It seems as though they let monkeys design the binding ring system - horribly frustrating and difficult! Buyer Beware!!!!
