I absolutely love this phone! Being a mom with two small children it is esential my hands are free. I originally had a cordless phone which came with a head-set that attached to it. It was expensive and basically a piece of junk. You could never hear a thing. I then looked for a head-set cordless phone where the phone is actually "part" of the headseat...but they were sooooo expensive. I finally settled on this one. To be honest I was expecting it to be just ho-hum. Much to my suprise the phone was WONDERFUL!!! It is perfectly clear. The headset is very comforable and the phone itself is very lightweight and can be clipped to your belt. I also like how the dial pad is "upside down" so when you dial with it clipped on your belt you can actually see the numbers! In addition the phone comes with an extra battery which stays in the charger. So if you are anything like me and always forget to charge the phone there is always a battery waiting on you! My only complaint about the phone might be that the clip is somewhat flimsy. If you are wearing the phone on your belt and you should bend over it might fall off.
All in all...this is great deal for the money!

Crystal sound, carry arround as wireless phone. Talk on the phone while typying on computer with 2 hand busy. I like 2 bateries. So can talk 6 hours straigh

For this style phone I have to say that I have gone through 4 of them.. Thank god for warranities.. In under 2 years.. The major problem with them is with normal wear and tear the plastic headset gives easly and breaks... Same place on all phones and all break in under 6 months.. When asked if there was a recall Londondrugs simply said no it was to expensive.. and just replaced the phone.
