An Excellent Microcassette Recorder with Auto Voice Control
I've tried other more expensive recorders; however, I was very pleasantly surprised that this GE was an excellent recorder with really good recording fidelity and playback fidelity. playback quality without the external mic. isn't good
I received this product last week and used it without the external microphone. I heard more of the "machine noise" than the conversation (during playback). I had the settings set specifically for my use, and the noise it made on playback was annoying.

I've tried other more expensive recorders; however, I was very pleasantly surprised that this GE was an excellent recorder with really good recording fidelity and playback fidelity.
