Capacity: 300 Gallons Operating Temperature: 33-100 Degrees Fahrenheit Filter Life: 6 months Actual Size: 5-Inches (length) x 3-1/8-Inches (diameter) GE Part Number: MXRC (SmartWater).The GE MXRC replaces the GE FXRC Water Filter ONLY for GE Monogram Refrigerators. If you have a GE FXRC in a different type of refrigerator or if you have a GE FXRT water filter, you need the MWF water filter. The MWF filter requires you to purchase the Adapter that can be reused on subsequent filter changes.

Works with old Culligan FXRC Filter,

I purchased this MXRC filter to replace the FXRC Culligan filter that came with my GE refrigerator that I bought back in 1999. I just wanted to say that it works fine as there is some confusion as to whether the MXRC filter is a replacement for the FXRC Culligan filter - it is.
