JIT Video Games
JIT Video Games is the best company to deal with. They are fast, courteous and eager to help you, the consumer, in anyway. They respond quickly and personally to questions submitted to them via email. I have had a wondeful experience with them compared to larger retail chains, such as Wal-Mart.

After 2 weeks of having the controller the face of Spongebob start coming off.
