good price, shipped right away. love this flat iron, very lightweight and makes hair super sleek. heats up instantly. cord is not stiff, easy to maneuver. best flat iron i've owned.

I loved this flat iron when I first purchased it five weeks ago. This morning, however, I turned it on, it fried a strip of my hair, and the power cut off. It won't even turn on now. Buyer beware: if you purchase online, the manufacturer will not take it back!

I purchased this product for my daughter. She loves it; it is just as described. Price is much better than at retail stores, and I received the shipment one day before the first date given on the ship window! Very pleased all the way around.

I have very thick, curly, frizzy hair which I insist on straightening every time I wash it. For awhile I just blew it out because I couldn't find a flat iron that made it silky enough. I tried some of the more expensive Chi irons but they all left my hair dried out and coarse. Seriously, this iron changed my life! It is absolutely the best iron I have ever used--it leaves your hair so silky, soft, and perfectly straight (and that is saying a lot, considering how unruly my hair can be). It has become my primary straightening tool, and I hardly ever use a blow dryer anymore, unless for some reason I don't have access to my iron. Mine actually just stopped working after almost a year of constant use, but it's been so reliable and it's such a great product that I don't even mind replacing it with another one. Totally worth the money. I'm sure if you use it less than I do (not exactly difficult, I'm an iron addict) it will last a lot longer! I should add that, for the amount that I've used this iron, I'd expect my hair to be totally dry and dead but that is not the case at all, I actually feel like my hair is healthier and softer when I use this iron than when I don't. I would recommend this iron over any other one, to everyone who's looking. It's great.

I love my new straightener. I have very frizzy, unruly wavy/curly hair and straightening it has always been impossible for me. I'd always have to have one of my friends do it with one of their straighteners, and it usually takes an hour to finish it because I have a lot of hair and it is very stubborn. I must admit that this is the best straightener I've had out of the four that I've bought. I love the color and the swivel cord, which makes it easier to maneuver. The different settings allow me to straighten my hair even if it's damp and not burn it, which was always a problem I had with my old straightener. Since there was one setting, I would straighten my damp bangs and my scalp would get burned with the smoke and whatnot. The only reason I mark it as a 4 is because it leaves my hair static-y. After I straighten it I have to use a calming lotion to get rid of the static, but I think that might just be my hair type.
